Tuesday 19 May at 7.30 p.m. in Geertruihof. Guest speaker: Kris Gelaude. Kris writes poetic and liturgical texts, columns and articles; she has published several books and gives talks on religious and existential themes. For this Geertrui café she spoke on believing today: “How can we, in today’s world with so much bad news, find new paths together and create places of hope?” About 55 people attended; Kris held us for an hour with inspiring examples. Afterwards there was a long chat over a soft drink.
Donations for the Rimpeling care farm of Greet Herkes and Katja in Baal now total €2,585; further donations may bring the total to €2,750. A very warm thank you!
